Jacksonville, Fla. (March 3, 2008) –
Plaza III, The Steakhouse has hired Soo Perry as banquets & special event manager for the restaurant.
Prior to
joining Plaza III, Perry worked with Bennigan’s Restaurants for 17 years – as a server, then bar host and front
house manager at several store locations.
Perry, who reports to Plaza III general manager Carol Morales, is responsible
for banquet and special event marketing – which includes private dining, patio events, receptions, business presentations,

Perry is also active in the nonprofit community. She works with Hope Worldwide, a national
agency that funds AIDS clinics and other projects on the African Continent, and as a bookkeeper and custodian for the Terry
Parker High School Marching Band.

III Steakhouse is located at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville and is locally owned and operated
by J. Bard and Linda McLean. Now celebrating its third year in Jacksonville, the restaurant is one of five Plaza III restaurants
affiliated with the nationally-recognized, original Plaza III in Kansas City, Missouri that opened in 1963. Plaza III has
been recognized as a “Top Ten of America’s Steakhouses” by Zagats and has received the Wine Spectator “Award
of Excellence.”
Plaza III opens at 11:30 a.m. on
weekdays, serving lunch and dinner, and at 4:30 p.m. for dinner only on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition
