To celebrate the day when everyone's Irish, Plaza III Chef Mike Silverman is adding a traditional Shepherd's
Pie to the menu for Monday, March 17. And a variety of green drinks will be featured at the Plaza III Lounge, for
the Irish at heart.
Shepherd's Pie, also called Guinness Pie, is a delicious Irish blend of beef gravy, seasoned ground
and shredded beef mixed with peas and corn and topped with mashed potatoes with a little cheddar cheese in the mash.

Shifting gears from St. Patrick's Day, Plaza III is opening early for lunch on Easter Sunday, March
23. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.
"Along with our regular dinner menu, we'll be offering a special plated ham dinner for our guests on Easter
Sunday," says owner J. Bard McLean. "This will be the first time we've opened early for the holiday. Since there
is free parking at the courthouse parking lot on Sundays, we anticipate it will be well received - especially among the people
who attend church services downtown and residents in the area."
Also, if you bring your church bulletin share it with your server and get 10 percent off your lunch or dinner
(excluding alcoholic beverages).

Pre-Fixed Menu a Great Success with Guests
Plaza III's new pre-fixed dinner menus are a big hit with guests.
Introduced last fall, the Plaza III "Prix Fixe" is a full course meal that only costs $35 a person.
The "Prix Fixe" includes a choice of appetizer (Seafood Bisque, Garden Salad or Caesar Salad), an entrée (Filet Mignon, Prime
Rib, Grilled Chicken Florentine, or Cajun Seared Tuna - each with a side item) and Dessert (Crème Brule or Cheesecake).

ART WALK
Plaza III, The Steakhouse has joined many other
downtown restaurants and venues to support the monthly Downtown Vision Art Walk -- which occurs the first Wednesday
of every month.

that adorn our walls throughout the restaurant. Or just stop by and relax on our outdoor patio. Art Walk takes
place from 5 to 8 p.m.
