on Mother's Day

early on Sunday, May 13 at 11:30 a.m. on Mothers Day.

Chef Mike Silverman has created some great specials for great moms - a petite filet, lobster tails
- along with other delicious chicken and seafood dishes on the menu. And if dad comes along, he'll love our Kansas City Steaks - all USDA Choice Prime Beef - that are cooked
to perfection.

See Chef Mike at Ryland "Celebrity Sizzle" Event in May
 People throughout the First Coast are seeing some of the area's best chef's
whip up culinary treats with well-known local personalities in the finest kitchens around as Ryland Homes Celebrity Sizzle
events take place through June.
The next Celebrity
Sizzle event is planned from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23 - featuring our chef Mike Silverman at the Northwoods

Ryland Homes developed the concept to showcase their homes in the First Coast - specifically the
layout and amenities that are featured in their kitchens.
"It's been established through research that kitchens are one of the key interior elements
of a home that people are drawn to when they make a home purchase," said Ryland Homes Marketing Manager Sheryl Vaughn. "We felt this event was one of the best ways to showcase our kitchens and their features
and, at the same time, introducing our kitchens to current owners and potential buyers in the First Coast."
 As part of the Celebrity Sizzle promotion, Ryland Homes also works with the celebrity to select a
preferred local non-profit agency to honor at each community event. The non-profit
agency also receives a donation from the company.
In March,The Jacksonville Jaguars mascot Jaxson de Ville was on hand for the festivities
as a chef from Kingfish Grill prepared gourmet treats at Ryland Home in the Kensington Subdivision in northwest St. Johns
County. At that event, Ryland Homes made a $500 donation to Mill Creek Elementary School.
"They are really a lot of fun," Vaughn said. "Certainly,
we're promoting our homes to potential buyers, but the events are free and benefit the local community through our selected
donations. For people that just like to look over the features in new home construction,
or are interested in cooking, they get the best of both worlds. You get to see
some of the most gorgeous homes in some of the best communities in Jacksonville and you get to sample some great food as well." |

Plaza III Joins Art Walk
Plaza III, The Steakhouse has joined many other
downtown restaurants and venues to support the monthly Downtown Vision Art Walk -- which occurs the first Wednesday
of every month. Come by and take advantage of our great happy hour prices, music and look over all the prints
of early Jacksonville that adorn our walls throughout the restaurant. Or just stop by and relax on our outdoor patio.
