an entrée (Filet Mignon Filet, Prime Rib, Grilled Chicken Florentine, or Cajun Seared Tuna - each with a side item) and Dessert
(Crème Brule or Cheesecake).

Plaza III Takes Part in Art & Wine Festival at the Stadium
Come join us and several of Jacksonville's top restaurants for the 2008 Art & Wine Festival at Jacksonville
Municipal Stadium! The event begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at the Crown Royal Touchdown Club West - with plenty
of food from more than 20 area restaurants to sample and great wines to enjoy.
The festival also benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central and Northern Florida - a nonprofit organization that
grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
A VIP Admission Ticket ($65 presale, $75 at the door) gets you into the event one hour early, at 5 p.m.,
for a special VIP reception and special reserved seating.

Meet
Our Staff
 Carol Morales
is the general manager at Plaza III. Carol joined the restaurant in March of last year. Previously, she was the
food and beverage supervisor at Sawgrass Marriott for more than a year. In addition to her work in the restaurant industry,
Carol also served six years in the US Navy. After finishing her tour of duty as Petty Officer, Third Class, she relocated
to Jacksonville in 1995.
 Justin Connell is assistant general manager at Plaza III - and has been with us since we opened
in Dec. 2005.
Prior to joining us, Justin was a general manager for Moe's Southwest Grill for two years and he served as a manager
for Seven Bridges on Southside Boulevard for nearly four years.
 Soo Perry is our banquets and special events manager. She has a very extensive background
in the restaurant business - working with Bennigan's for nearly 20 years before joining us in March of last year. If

ART WALK
Plaza III, The Steakhouse has joined many other
downtown restaurants and venues to support the monthly Downtown Vision Art Walk -- which occurs the first Wednesday
of every month.
Come by and take advantage of our great happy hour prices, music and look over all the prints of early Jacksonville
that adorn our walls throughout the restaurant. Or just stop by and relax on our outdoor patio. Art Walk takes
place from 5 to 8 p.m. |

Pecan Pie
Yield: 10 Slices
Shelf Life: 3 Days
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Pecans
1 ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Caro Syrup Dark
1 Cup Sugar
4 oz Whole
Butter
3 Whole Eggs (Whipped/Beaten)
1 Deep Dish 9' Pie Shell
In a small handeled
soup pot, combine salt, sugar and Caro syrup and cook on low heat until sugar melts.
Add butter-stir in until melted.
Add Vanilla and Pecans then remove from stove and mix together thoroughly.
With a rubber spatula, fold in eggs.
Add to Pie Shell and cook in Deck Oven at 350 degrees for 40 - 45minutes.
