Affiliated with Plaza III in Kansas
City, which has served the Midwest’s finest steaks since 1963, the Jacksonville’s Plaza III is the finest restaurant in downtown Jacksonville Florida -- and the only true steakhouse open for lunch during the week. Our
menu, which offers fresh seafood and appetizers, clearly focuses on beef (corn-fed), custom-selected and triple-trimmed at
our own meat company, then wet-aged in specially-designed, temperature-controlled lockers to develop maximum tenderness and
extraordinary flavor. You can enjoy it in the main dining area, in one of two private dining rooms (also available for functions) or take it outside on the Plaza III Patio. Our menu also features filet mignon, T-bones,
prime rib, lobsters and salmon, a small selection of salads including Caesar and spinach, plus appetizers from oysters to
steak soup.

Plaza III, The Steakhouse is independently
owned and operated by J. Bard and Linda McLean. We are located in the front lobby of the Hyatt Regency
Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville.
